HI, I’m Mary Rothfusz.
I’m so glad you’re here.
I'm an operations leader, clinical practitioner, and educator with 20+ years of experience across healthcare, hospitality, education, and wellness. My work has always lived at the intersection of people, systems, and growth — whether I'm running operations for a 40+ clinician practice, managing a high-volume business, scaling a startup, or supporting a client through therapy.
My background spans full P&L ownership, multi-site operations, program development, executive support, and clinical care across private practice, academic, nonprofit, and startup environments. I'm especially drawn to building thoughtful systems — the kind that let people and organizations function well, grow sustainably, and do good work without burning out.
As a clinician, I work with adults navigating anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, burnout, and life transitions, integrating mindfulness-based stress reduction (MBSR), somatic awareness, trauma-informed care, and evidence-based approaches.
As an operator, I bring the same rigor and care to organizational systems — onboarding, workflow design, supervision, cross-functional coordination, and team development — that I bring to a therapy room.
I'm also an adjunct psychology professor and mindfulness educator, developing workshops, curriculum, and wellness programming for healthcare, academic, and community settings.
Whether through leadership, therapy, teaching, or consultation, my goal is the same: help people and organizations build healthier, more sustainable ways of working, relating, and living.
