I'm an operations and program leader with 20+ years building systems, leading teams, and driving growth across healthcare, hospitality, education, and wellness organizations. My experience spans full P&L ownership, multi-site operations, executive support, and organizational design, most recently as Clinical Director and de facto COO of a 40+-clinician behavioral health practice, where I oversaw day-to-day operations, budget oversight, and cross-functional coordination for the entire organization.

Before that, I spent 17 years as a General Manager and Operations Director in high-volume hospitality, managing the full P&L, payroll, and teams of up to 45, and building operational infrastructure from the ground up across multiple business launches. I've also co-founded and scaled a wellness startup and coordinated complex programs inside a major academic medical center.

What ties this together: I'm the person organizations rely on to build structure, manage complexity, and keep things moving, with the judgment and fluency to operate at the executive level. A master's-level clinical background adds depth to how I think about people and culture, but it's one piece of a broader skill set, not the source of it.
